STUDIO POLICY:

*Please read ALL information and studio policies prior to booking your appointment.

All appointments are to be booked online to be sure you fully understand all the booking requirements.

Your Deposit goes towards the total Booking. Tax and tip are Not included, you can save 5% by paying your balance in cash.

Consultations are done the same time as the scheduled appointment. We make sure to book extra time to go over all of your options and we will work with you to choose the best option for your permanent makeup goals, and your specific skin type. We will map, and design your brow / lips fully to your approval before any pigment is placed into the skin. We aim to create the most natural looking PMU possible, and we will always incorporate any of your existing brow hairs.

We strive to create the most natural looking permanent makeup possible, therefore we do not offer fad brows or un-natural colours for any service, i.e no blue eyeliner, wings or bright red, jet black, blue or un-natural coloured eyebrows.

If you have a request that you think may seem a tad unusual please contact us prior to booking.

Please reach out for Saline eyeliner REMOVAL prior to booking your appointment.

Please reach out to us through our website for corrections including colour corrections prior to booking as removal may be needed before procedure can begin.

Permanent makeup may not be preformed on broken skin, unhealthy skin, rashes or unhealthy skin conditions.

Eyebrows- Please wear your eyebrows the way you normally like to wear them to the appointment so we can see what you are comfortable with. Feel free to bring pictures, of what you like and even what you do not like so we can create your customized dream brows.

Eyeliner procedures may not be preformed if you are wearing false eyelashes. They must be removed one week prior to procedure.

Eyeliner procedures cannot be preformed if you are currently using a lash growth enhancement serum. You must stop using any lash growing products 3 weeks prior to procedure.

Lip Procedures- If you have ever suffered from a cold sore, it is important that you begin prescription treatment two days prior to the procedure as a severe outbreak may occur.

Lip Procedures- Please prep your lips by scrubbing two days prior twice a day with an exfoliant.. We recommend using coconut oil and brown sugar. This will help you to be much more comfortable during the procedure and will also increase your colour retention

Lip procedures- Please bring your favourite lip colour to the appointment. I will be blending a custom colour mix for you, however this can be quite helpful to understand the tone you naturally reach for. If you do not usually wear lipstick and are desiring a more natural lip, no problem I will take a look at your skin tone and we will come up with something beautiful, natural and completely customized for you.

Lip procedures- Lip procedures are more sensitive procedure area then the rest of the face. At covet artistry we have a strong preliminary numbing gel as well as an open skin numbing to keep your comfortable. We also recommend taking a Tylenol prior to your procedure. *Do not take Advil, ibuprofen, or aspirin as these are blood getting medication's and will affect the outcome of your procedure.

Before booking be aware of your cycle when booking your procedures. Most of our clients are very comfortable, however being a woman sensitivity can vary greatly depending on your moon.

Do Not take ANY blood thinners 24 hours prior to your appointment -including aspirin ibuprofen Advil or high-dose turmeric. This is very important. Pigment migration can occur.

If you have been using retinol creams on the chosen treatment area prior to procedure this can cause problems such as bleeding and possibly scarring as it thins the skin. It is important that you STOP applying 4 weeks prior to procedure.

If you have had previous permanent makeup or cosmetic tattooing from a different artist, and are looking for a touchup, refresher or colour boost this is considered a NEW procedure.

We do not "touch up" other artists work as it is often corrective in nature and actually more difficult to obtain Covet artistry’s style of natural looking results.

All Refresher/Boost for Lip appointments must be booked WITHIN 2 years of your initial appointment, after that it is considered a new cosmetic tattoo.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time.

*Please do not arrive earlier that 15 minutes to your appointment out of respect for the person ahead of you.

*Do not show up later than 15 minutes, doing so may result in your appointment being canceled.

We can not work on Pregnant ladies.

You must be over the age of 18 for any cosmetic tattooing procedure at Covet, even with parental consent.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

There will be no refunds given for any service upon completion.

Covet Artistry typically books about 1 month in advance be sure to book your follow up.

To avoid disappointment please book any touchup appointment through our website in advance.

Touch ups are Not included for ANY service. *SMP is the only exception.

Please read our CARE and check out our FQA page prior to booking to be sure this procedure will work with your social obligations.

Once you have booked your first appointment PMU please book your touch Up fo 6 WEEKS OR LATER- for the safety and health of your skin. You can NOT come prior to 6 weeks for your touch up under ANY circumstance. *Scalp Micro pigmentation procedures are the ONLY exception to this rule. The soonest you are able to come back for your touchup for SMP is 2 weeks.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your appointment can be cancelled online. Your deposit is Non-refundable, however it may be used to reschedule as long as it is within 48 hours.

If you need help to cancel your appointment or reschedule, please reach out to us through our website.

48 hours is require to rebook without penalty. Please understand, we are a small business and this space could have been used for someone else.

You may cancel and reschedule twice within 48 hours, without penalty after that a new deposit will be required.

Cancelling with less then 48 hours notice will require a new deposit to rebook, no exceptions.

Gift Certificates are non refundable.

Your deposit is valid for one year.

All Deposits are non-refundable and non transferable.
